Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before the item is shipped. Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.

Refund & Return Policy
We accept returns and refunds within 5 days of the order being delivered. After 5 days from delivery, we are unable to offer a refund, replacement, or exchange.

To be eligible, please contact us within this 5-day window with your order number and a photo/video of the issue.

Return Shipping Fee
A return shipping fee of ₹150 applies for returns and will be deducted from your refund amount.

Exchanges — Free Once Per Order
Your first exchange is free of charge. Any exchange requested after that on the same order will be subject to a shipping fee.

Refund Process
If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-14 business days, minus the ₹150 return shipping fee where applicable.

Return & Exchange Process
If approved within the 5-day window, the process will be initiated within 2-3 business days. Replacements/exchanges are delivered within 4-7 business days of dispatch.
