Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before the item is shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund & Return Policy

We accept returns and refunds within 5 days of the order being delivered. After 5 days from the delivery date, we're unable to offer a refund, replacement, or exchange.

To be eligible, please contact us within this 5-day window with your order number and a photo/video of the issue.

Return Shipping Fee

A return shipping fee of ₹150 applies for returns and will be deducted from your refund amount.

Exchanges — Free Once Per Order

Your first exchange is free of charge. Any exchange requested after that on the same order will be subject to a shipping fee.

Return Process

1. Contact us within 5 days of delivery at lilmuffin2025@gmail.com or WhatsApp with your order number and a photo/video of the issue.
2. Once approved, the refund or replacement process begins within 2-3 business days.
3. Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7-14 business days, minus the ₹150 return shipping fee where applicable. Replacements/exchanges are delivered within 4-7 business days of dispatch.

Important: Unboxing Video Required

To help us resolve any claims quickly, please record an opening/unboxing video when your package arrives. This is required for claims related to damage, missing items, or incorrect deliveries. If your order included a gift item, it must be returned along with the product for any return request to be accepted.

Delays

Delivery and replacement timelines may be affected by courier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
