Sizing & Fit
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page lists a specific age range (e.g. 6 months to 2 years). Since babies and toddlers grow at different rates, we recommend sizing up if your child is between two ranges. You can also check our Baby Clothing Size Guide for a full age-by-age breakdown.
What if the item doesn't fit?
If the fit isn't right, you're covered under our Returns & Exchanges policy — just reach out within 5 days of delivery. Your first exchange on an order is free; a ₹150 return shipping fee applies for refunds.

What fabrics do you use?
We use soft, breathable, skin-friendly fabrics — primarily cotton and cotton blends — designed for children's sensitive skin. Each product page lists the specific fabric composition.
Are your products safe for newborns and babies with sensitive skin?
Yes — every piece is designed with comfort and skin-friendliness as a priority. If your child has specific skin sensitivities or allergies, we recommend checking the fabric details on the product page before purchasing.
How should I wash and care for the clothing?
We recommend gentle machine wash in cold water and air drying to preserve the softness, print quality, and shape of the garment. Avoid harsh detergents and bleach on printed or appliqué designs.

Where do you ship?

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking details via email or the contact information provided at checkout.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders can only be cancelled before they've shipped. Please reach out as soon as possible at lilmuffin2025@gmail.com or via WhatsApp — we'll do our best to help before your order is processed for shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. A ₹150 return shipping fee applies to refunds. Your first exchange per order is free; any exchange after that carries a shipping fee. Please record an unboxing video when your package arrives — it helps us resolve claims quickly.
